Our Golf Physical Therapy Site Is Live
October 19, 2026

We are excited to share that Boundless PT Golf is now live. It is a dedicated home for our golf physical therapy: the same one-on-one, mobile care you know from Boundless Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, with information written specifically for golfers.
Why a separate golf site?
Golfers ask us very specific questions. Why does my back hurt on the back nine? Why does my lead elbow flare up after the range? When can I play again after my knee replacement? The swing places its own demands on the body, so we built a site that answers those questions directly and makes it easy for golfers to find the right care.
What we treat for golfers
The new site covers the problems we see most often in golfers across the Valley:
- Low back pain from the golf swing, which often starts with limited hip or upper-back rotation.
- Golfer’s elbow and tennis elbow from grip, impact and practice volume.
- Lead shoulder and rotator cuff pain at the top of the backswing or in the follow-through.
- Hip and lead knee pain that limits your turn or makes walking the course harder.
- Wrist and hand pain at impact.
- Neck and upper-back stiffness that shortens the backswing.
- Returning to golf after surgery, with a staged plan once your surgeon has cleared you.
You can read more about each one on the golf injuries page.
Treatments and services
Golf physical therapy at Boundless uses the same evidence-based tools as the rest of our practice, applied to the golf swing:
- A golf movement assessment looking at rotation, balance, stability and strength on each side
- Hands-on manual therapy, joint mobilizations and dry needling where they help
- Golf-specific strength and conditioning and mobility programs
- Balance training for a steadier stance and uneven lies
- In-season tune-ups to keep small aches from becoming time off the course
The full list is on the golf services page. We work on the body, not the swing itself, and we are always happy to work alongside your teaching professional.
Same care, same team
Every session is a full hour, one-on-one with Dr. Phil Yoon, DPT. We come to you at your home, office, gym, or club where it allows visiting providers, across Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Tempe and Mesa. Arizona is a direct access state, so you do not need a referral to start.
If you are not a golfer, nothing changes: boundlessptsp.com remains the home for everything else we treat.
